• We offer services to treat spills.  If you have a laptop that has suffered spill damage, contact us first.  The longer the contaminant stays on the machine the less likely recovery is.  If you just spilled something on your computer, contact us immediately, do not power it on.  Often we can make laptops work that other places wouldn't even touch.  It is important to have the machine treated properly before applying power.
  
  
• The AppleXchange offers board level repair services for several units with known logic board symptoms that are repairable.  If you have an iMac G5 or iBook G4 and you are experiencing issues ask us about getting it fixed.  These are known to have certain issues that are fixable and will save a lot of money over replacing the logic board.  The AppleXchange does board level repairs in house on these and can turn them around in most cases within 24 hours.
